We were using "another " company or Ken before Protex, who said they were baiting and spraying, and giving us excuses on why they could not bait here or there or anywhere. Every week we would have to call the "other" company or Ken during the week to come out again to take care of a pest problem. Since going to Protex they do bait and spray ALL areas; they are a complete pest control company. They do not give excuses they give results... DEAD results!
